The Founder2Founder Academy:
Founder2Founder Academy is a series of workshops conducted by founders only, who set up their company no longer than two years ago. The workshops are designed to help you to develop an individual approach for your venture – so you will not just listen, you will rather be encouraged to *do* something. In a small group of other fresh or soon-to-be founders, you will be coached by experts on a specific topic to finally leave the workshops with a tangible output for your (future) company. You will be taught relevant founder skills to boost your founder career. Every workshop will be conducted online.

Content of this workshop:
If you are now thinking about the most valuable player of your team, we must disappoint you. We want to talk about the minimum viable product (MVP) and the concept behind it. Within our workshop we want to dive into the development of your product. Maybe you are working on a High-Tech product requiring significant development time to be finished. Maybe you are working on a product idea facing quite considerable costs or time you might have to invest. Maybe you have an idea and just want to know, what the next step should be to realize it.

These challenges are similar for all of us founders. Therefore, as a team of founders, we want to target the product development, discuss the idea of the MVP concept and find out if that might be helpful for you. We will discuss questions like:
•    What is an MVP and what might it be good for?
•    What is the MVP of my particular product?
•    What target do I want to achieve with my MVP?
•    What kind of tools can I use to speed up my product (or MVP) development?
