Dispute settlement procedures

In cases of disagreement with Bremer Aufbau-Bank GmbH, it is possible to invoke the consumer arbitration board (ombudsman) at the Association of German Public Banks (VÖB). The matter is to be submitted in text form (e.g. by e-mail, fax or letter) to the following address:

Bremer Aufbau-Bank GmbH takes part in dispute settlement procedures before this recognised consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission has set up an on-line dispute settlement platform. As consumer, you can use this on-line dispute settlement platform for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from purchase or service contracts that have been concluded on-line. Complaints can therefore also be submitted via the EU on-line dispute settlement platform (https://www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
