Product Strategy Workshop
Align your idea for long-term success with a clear product strategy
Many early-stage startups know this feeling: the prototype has been built, initial feedback has been received, new ideas are emerging—and suddenly everything seems important at once. Product development then often happens on the fly. You react, prioritize based on the situation, and try things out.
This workshop creates space for clarity, collaborative thinking, and conscious decisions. It is aimed at Founder who are in the early stages and want to strategically align their next steps. The goal is to sharpen the focus on the further development of the product: away from pure feature logic, toward impact, focus, and direction.
You will work with a clear strategic framework that will accompany you on your product journey even after the workshop
Date: 20th April 2026
Time: 9 am - 1 pm
In the workshop, we will work on key product strategy issues tailored to the challenges of the early stages:
PEOPLE – User centricity as a strategic starting point
Product strategy begins with the question: Who is this really relevant for?
- Target group definition in the discovery phase
- User centricity, even if not everything has been validated yet
- Working with the empathy map
- Using AI to structure and reflect on user assumptions
Result: A shared, explicit understanding of your target groups and key problem assumptions.
VALUE – Creating relevance in the market
Value is created when a real problem meets a suitable solution.
- Positioning your product in the competitive environment
- Sharpening your USP from the user's perspective
- Recognizing market signals and trends
- AI-supported reflection on positioning options
Result: Clarity about why and for whom your product may be relevant.
PRODUCT VISION – Impact instead of features
Especially in the early stages, a strong vision acts as a strategic compass.
- Focus on impact: What should change in the lives of your users?
- Developing a clear vision
- AI as a sparring partner to sharpen your vision
Result: A viable vision with traction for communication and decision-making.
ROADMAP & PRIORITIES – Setting priorities
Product strategy is reflected in conscious decisions.
- Deriving strategic product goals
- Developing an initial roadmap as a learning and decision-making tool
- Simple prioritization methods for features and experiments
- Reflection with AI: What really contributes to our goals?
Result: A clear focus for your next steps in product development.
AI in the workshop
AI is used in the workshop as a strategic assistant: to broaden perspectives, structure thoughts, and critically reflect on assumptions. It does not replace user understanding, but rather supports you in making more conscious decisions.
- You will gain strategic clarity for the next phase of your product development.
- You will prioritize based on sound reasoning rather than reactively.
- You will sharpen your positioning from the user's perspective.
- You will develop an initial strategically sound roadmap.
- You will learn to use AI in a targeted and reflective manner for your product strategy.
By the end of the workshop, you will not only have learned new methods, but also developed concrete strategic results for your business.
The workshop is aimed at:
- Founders and early-stage startups with a tested prototype.
- Teams that want to strategically align their product development.
Who is the workshop not suitable for?
