This seminar is aimed at founders who already run a GmbH or UG or are about to found one of these forms.
Only a few founders are systematically prepared for the management of a GmbH. A basic legal knowledge is helpful and absolutely recommendable with regard to the entrepreneurial as well as personal responsibility and liability for all contractual regulations internally as well as externally. The essential topics are covered step by step in 3 modules. As CEO of an existing company, you can use the event to create your own legal quick check and bring in current questions from your practice. You will be able to identify the next crucial steps to further develop appropriate legal security for your company in Germany.
Prospective founders will get a good orientation and will be able to identify typical pitfalls, avoid mistakes and benefit from the experience of other CEOs and practical tips from the specialist lawyer. With your participation in the workshop, you will receive checklists that will make it easier for you to draft your contracts and company processes in a legally secure manner.
