• Dr. Sabrina Melchionna
Dr. Sabrina Melchionna, physicist, is a freelancer scientific consultant for satellite Earth Observation, and she develops thematic maps based on satellite data for environmental monitoring. She is leader of the local group in Bremen of WIA-E (Women In Aerospace Europe), tackling the task of expanding women’s opportunities for leadership in the aerospace sector.

Working women, and especially female entrepreneurs, could often find themselves under the burden of mental load, overwhelmed by the task of balancing amount and quality of the time spent on professional life, on family, and on own well-being.  Particularly nowadays, as home working is considered as a feasible alternative to traditional office lifestyle, we need to revise our routines and set stronger boundaries.

In this workshop I will introduce the method of bullet journaling, which helps us to get more organized, and then we will integrate productivity methods in it. 

Adopting daily journaling to develop productivity methods allows us to reconnect with ourselves, to find out a suitable structure that works for our day, and, lastly, to spend our time and attention in ways that are aligned with our values.

During the workshop there will be practical on: Decluttering; Setting Priorities;  Time Boxing.

Please bring your own journal (I strongly suggest a dotted A5 journal), pens and text markers in different colours.
