Corresponding image, audio or video recordings together with your name will be removed from the respective medium immediately after revocation. With regard to print media or other print products, the special feature applies that disproportionate expenses associated with the revocation may result in your image, sound or video recordings being used together with your name in the print products contained therein. The same applies to your image, sound and video recordings with your name in electronic newsletters if the consent granted is revoked after the start of the corresponding production process.
Please note that image, sound and video recordings published on the Internet together with your name can be found by Internet search engines. You must therefore assume that your recordings can also be located and retrieved via Internet search engines in Switzerland and abroad.
